Updates:
October 2023 - We have received approved and stamped drawings from the third-party inspection company and are currently applying for permits to the borough of Ambridge with the approved drawings. The borough will invoice the church with the cost of the permits and after payment, they will issue the construction permit. Next, we will be reviewing the contractor’s contract internally with our subject matter and legal experts. After thorough review, we will sign the contract and the contractor can officially start the project.

How much will this project cost?
The estimated cost of the project is ~$600,000. We have been researching for this project for over 3 years, and have chosen to go with a contractor that is well-known and has a name in the industry in order to complete this project correctly, without cutting any corners.
How long will this project take to complete?
The Project will roughly take six months of construction after permits are issued.
Who is managing this project?
The company completing the work has a dedicated Project Manager who will oversee construction. The church will form a Project Committee who will oversee the execution and address any issues that arise. If interested, please join the committee by contacting one of the Fathers or Maged Kamel!
How will we access the Sunday School Building during construction?
During the construction period, the fence will be taken down on the parking lot side, in order for everyone to be able to access the Sunday School Building from the doors on the ground level.
How will we be updated about the progress of this project?
The committee will be giving frequent updates in-person after Sunday Liturgy, as well as on this page.
